Schedule an Introductory Session

Are you ready to learn more about the Creighton Model?

An Introductory Session provides you with a basic overview of the Creighton Model in a 1 hour presentation with a practitioner. If you decide to continue learning after the Introductory Session, we will provide you with your charting materials and schedule an appointment for your first follow-up.
