Follow-up Schedule and Pricing

The Creighton Model is learned through an Introductory Session and 8 follow-ups over the course of a year.

The first 4 follow-ups are every 2 weeks and then are as follows: 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months from Introductory Session date. After the first year, follow-ups are every 6 to 12 months.

Price per follow-up - $55 (to be paid prior to or at each follow-up)

Discount bundle price (1 yr / 8 follow-ups) - $385 (to be paid at first follow-up)

All payments are non-refundable and prepaid follow-up appointments never expire.

You must attend Follow-ups to keep charting and instruction materials. If you decide not to pursue Follow-ups, materials must be returned. Active clients are current in their Follow-up Schedule. After the first year they see their FertilityCare Practitioner every 6 months at a minimum.

Please note:

We are invested in your success with this method. The frequent follow-up model guarantees that you will thoroughly learn and know how to properly use this method to achieve or avoid a pregnancy.

We also are completely engaged in your health. If your charting indicates biomarkers for hormone or other fertility issues, we complete referral forms for you to see a medical consultant to address any health issues.

Money should never be a reason to keep you from learning the Creighton Model. If you wish to learn, but are not able to pay the full fee amount, please let me know and we will work something out!
